As an organisation, Learning Dimensions (the parent company of Safety Dimensions) was established in 1993 by Principal Consultants Kevin Obermuller and Louise Quinn and quickly became a market leader in the provision of training, coaching and performance management consulting services. In 2003 Learning Dimensions began specialising in Safety Leadership and Culture Change in the construction and manufacturing industries resulting in the establishment of a separate Division, Safety Dimensions.
