Funding For Training – Opportunities Available
Safety Dimensions can help you or your organisation submit its application for funding available around Australia. We can assist with determining if you are eligible and help with the paperwork, which can be daunting. Let us help and deliver the training your workforce needs.
Types of funding opportunities you may be eligible for in your state include:
The ACT Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Authority (TFA) is the statutory body responsible for providing funding for the training of eligible workers in the ACT Building and Construction Industry. Workplace Dimensions has been granted funding to offer subsidised places in our 5 day Certificate IV programs to eligible workers in the ACT building and construction industry. These programs include BSB41415 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, BSB40812 Certificate IV in Frontline Management and TAE40110 Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
For the past two years Workplace Dimensions has been granted funding by Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) to help fund a 5 day Certificate IV program for the Queensland building and construction industry. CSQ is an independent industry funded body supporting employers, workers, apprentices and career seekers in the building and construction industry. These funded places are available to those ‘on the tools’ in Queensland who meet the eligibility criteria, whether you are a sole trader, part time employee, contractor, or even if you work full-time with one of the large construction companies.
The Tasmanian Building and Construction Industry Training Board (TBCITB) is the statutory body responsible for providing funding for the training of eligible workers in the Tasmanian Building and Construction Industry.
The Construction Training Fund is helping to develop the skills required in a modern, safe and productive building and construction industry by supporting training programs across all sectors of the industry. The Construction Training Fund also assists the building and construction industry to remain efficient and competitive by supporting the training of workers in the industry. Subsidies are available to reduce training costs making it easier for eligible businesses and employees to access the training they need when they need it.
