INDUSTRY PROJECTS

• Construction – Designed, developed, implemented and reviewed a 3 year intervention to change safety theory into safety behaviours at a micro and macro level therefore producing a safety culture.
• Construction – Senior leader development and commitment to ongoing safety interventions in order to create safety conversations in everyday language.
• Australian FMCG leader – Decreased LTI by 42% in 12 months through the design and delivery of 4 module safety intervention which the company ultimately owned and delivered in house.
• Manufacturing – A behavioural safety program for leaders and front line workers, including systems alignment. Due to the success of the program, the systems, processes and training methodologies are now being used and implemented worldwide.
• Major Australian Supermarket, Distribution Network and Retail Chain – A 2 day Leadership Program for 500 staff from Executive leaders to store managers.
• Australian Public Utility – The complete review and redesign of safety management systems and processes to meet the requirements for AS4801 accreditation. This journey incorporated a safety behaviour change initiative across whole site (mine and power station) with Trade Union commitment and support.
• Australian Mining Organisation – A Behavioural safety strategy and intervention from the Managing Director through to supervisor level employees.
• FMCG (Beverages) – Operations Leadership “Coaching for Safety Results.  A 2 month process to build on safety behaviours in the workplace.
• Service (Security) – part of a worldwide group with USA parent. Designed and aligned safety leadership behaviours with company expectations; created a series of training programs and materials, localising content from the parent company to meet the needs and requirements of an Australian based operation.  Trained internal safety professionals in its conduct, resulting in increased positive results in the annual worldwide safety audit process.
