PUBLIC PROGRAMS

In conjunction with our Industry Partner, CRC Construction Innovation, Safety Dimensions offers a series of ‘open to the public’ programs with the following outcomes

• Discover how to work more proactively as a “Safety Leader”
• Determine practical and tangible methods for developing others to behave safely
• How to manage people who demonstrate unsafe behaviours
• How to improve reporting (incidents and near misses)
• Increase awareness on what to look for to create a safety culture
• Uncover how to get people above and below you to change their approach and thinking to safety
• Determine why people are behaving unsafely and how to resolve the problem
• Discover more about your leadership style.  What is effective?  What can be added?
• Identify what ‘great safety’ looks like and develop strategies to move towards this
• Gain insights into what other successful companies have done in the area of Safety Leadership and what the research tells us
