Junny is passionate about education and training and joined Safety Dimensions with many years experience in client services and corporate public relations in banking and IT sectors.

Most years of the latest decade saw Junny return to education/training, leadership and management roles, including managing government-to-government bilateral co operations in education and training between Australia and a Southeast Asia country, managing multi-million dollar accounts for quality-based IT service, and launching quality systems in international student services for a top-tier Registered Training Organisation.

In Junny’s current role, she is responsible for establishing and maintaining quality systems in compliance with Australian Quality Training Framework and the management's champion value in quality. Junny holds a Master of Education (Education, Leadership and Management) and her mission now is to further her studies to Doctorate level to formulate quality systems management for profitable and sustainable learning organisations.
