Melissa brings over 18 years of learning and development, marketing and management experience to her role as Chief Executive Officer of Safety Dimensions and its parent company, Learning Dimensions.

With a passion for managing organisations that make a difference, Melissa has previously been a learning and development consultant and coach in her own right, having worked for consultancies based in Malaysia, Singapore and New York specialising in multiple training interventions across multiple countries.
