As Safety Dimensions National Operations and Project Manager Paula is responsible for all business operations, human resources, IT, travel and internal projects.

Paula’s team are responsible for logistics to ensure all training programs run smoothly and consistently. It is her responsibility to ensure Project Managers, Design Team and Project Co-ordinators have the behind the scenes support that is required.

Paula comes to Safety Dimensions with over seven years national and international experience in the training and development field ranging from project management, marketing, scheduling, facilitator management and business operations.
