Shaun has joined the Learning Dimensions and Safety Dimensions team with 25 years experience as an OHS specialist servicing the military, construction, gas, oil, and water industries. Shaun has a high level of practical and technical skills in OHS that are delivered using a combination of the technical skills, safety behaviour and coaching to create a learning environment of OHS leadership and awareness.

As a highly competent certificate IV workplace trainer and course developer; Shaun has been involved in varying aspects of industry standard benchmarking with accredited programs and facilitated delivery of safety, leadership and awareness programs.

Shaun has facilitated many risk management workshops from project risk registers to task specific risks and controls, incident investigation and root cause analysis, sub-contractor management and safety management system auditing. Shaun has recently completed his Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
