Two New Leadership Programs in Frontline Management

Safety Dimensions has launched a new Leadership Development Program, focusing on the skills required to lead and manage people and teams.

Do you have technical experts in your team who you would like to develop into a leaders within your organisation? This program powerfully transforms your high potential people into leaders who not only behave safely, but get the job done without close supervision and proactively offer ideas for improvement.

This program delivers both safety and operational outcomes, offered in two streams:

Field Leadership tailored to those in heavy/resources industry; and
Leadership Essentials for those who lead or direct work from offices.

In addition to the organisational outcomes and increased leadership capacity of your team, the full completion of either Leadership Development Program means the learners are eligible for the BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.

The program is delivered over 5–6 days and incorporates highly interactive facilitation and practical tools along with e-learning and opportunities for workplace application. The core and elective units are a blend of leadership, safety and operational outcomes that are tailored to align with your organisation’s procedures and values.
