QUEENSLAND – Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ)
Are you employed ‘on the tools’ in the building and construction industry in QLD? Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) is an independent industry funded body supporting employers, workers, apprentices and career seekers in the building and construction industry. These fully funded places are available to anyone ‘on the tools’ or ‘in the field’ in Queensland, whether you are a sole trader, part time employee, contractor, or even if you work full-time with one of the large construction companies. Unemployed people (for up to 4 years) who meet the criteria are also eligible.
If you meet the eligibility criteria, CSQ could help subsidise your place in:
BSB41415* Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety– Live program $1845
Subsidised if eligible for CSQ funding, with a $395 refundable deposit which is fully refunded when you are deemed competent.

You may be eligible if:
You work ‘on the tools’ or in a clerical, administrative or professional role within the building and construction industry listed here.
You hold a 1 (one) month working relationship with your employer
You are a 3rd or 4th year Apprentice
Unemployed? If you’ve been unemployed for up to 4 years, but were previously working ‘on the tools’ or in a clerical, administrative or professional role in the Queensland building and construction related industries listed here, then you are eligible.
You are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, refugee or humanitarian visa holder.
Are you employed in the building and construction industry in the ACT? If you meet the criteria, you could be eligible for subsidised funding from the ACT Training Fund Authority for a nationally recognised Certificate IV training program with Workplace Dimensions.
The ACT Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Authority (TFA) is the statutory body responsible for providing funding for the training of eligible workers in the ACT Building and Construction Industry. Workplace Dimensions has been granted funding to offer subsidised places in our Certificate IV and Diploma programs to eligible workers in the ACT building and construction industry.
If eligible, you could be subsidised for a place in:

BSB51315* Diploma Of Work Health And Safety – live program $2995
